The Christmas Train by John Lee

How can you go wrong with Christmas and a train! One of our favorite things to do, when we can, is ride the Christmas Train in Dry Gulch. This year we were lucky enough to get tickets and take Uncle Jeff along.
On the way to see Santa we got to meet Mrs. Claus. She was really nice!
We waited our turn to see Santa...but we didn't wait long!
Santa was awesome! I promised that if he brought me an oven that really bakes, I would bake him a cake next Christmas. He told us we could only have a pony if we had a place to keep it. We do, but we told him we don't need a pony because we have horses. We also thanked him for Baxter.

We got to ride rides...

...and check out all the cool stuff!
Finally it was time to get on the train, so we got in line...
...and waited!

When we got to the front, we got our boarding passes! There is no photography on the train, but we learned all about Jesus and how He came to save us from sin.
We went on the Night Before Christmas hay ride in a real wagon pulled by mules.
Then we took a spin on the carousel.

We took another round so I could ride the tiger!
It was a full night - so much fun and so many memories!
