Dinosaur World by John Lee

From Louisville we went to Cave City, Kentucky. Our first stop there was Dinosaur World. It is a big park full of lifesize dinosaurs.
We got to walk along the trail and see all different kinds of dinosaurs. Some looked scary and some looked sweet.
Some where really big!
My favorite was the baby Mammoth.
These are the feet of the giant dinosaur that you can see from the highway. I can't believe how big he was.
We even found yellow dinosaurs!
And blue ones for Denny.
We got to dig for fossils in the Fossil Pit. We took our strainers and sifted the sand.
We found all kinds of cool fossils and rocks. I even found a tooth!
Then we poored everything out and got to pick three to keep.
Here we are posing with the dinosaur who ate us...
...but, not really.
They also had a dinosaur playground to let us run off some energy.

Finally, we dug for bones in the Boneyard like real scientists.

We worked together to discover an entire dinosaur. It was quite a day!
