Our church had a special night to carol at one of the assisted living centers here in Las Cruces. We were very excited to go and be apart. We waited on the second floor to watch carolers come in and invite them up to join us.
We decide to sing from the seats instead of up front. We made good greeters for the residents.
We made it through a couple of songs before we just couldn't sit still any longer. Mama took us on to IHOP - that was were the carolers would be headed after singing. We had been looking forward to pancakes all day.
They were yummy! It was a fun way to share the Christmas spirit with others and I am glad we got to go and be apart.
