More holiday excitement! Uncle Shawn brought his boat to take us on he river to see Christmas on the Pecos. The houses along the river in Carlsbad put lights out in their yards and you can ride down the river and see it all. We had to bundle up, but we were ready for it!
You have to be very careful around the water and always stay with an adult. Grandpa helped us get ready.
Next came the life jackets - safety first and always obey the rules!
The lights were so pretty and really made it feel like a special Christmas. Uncle Shawn let us take turns steering the boat and we felt really big!
Thank you, Uncle Shawn for taking us out and making it so fun! Next time, I will drive and you can just relax!
