Dad had a conference in Tulsa, so we got to go along and visit family. It worked out that instead of driving all the way, we got to fly on an airplane! Denny had flown before, but he was little and didn't remember. This was my very first time. We watched and watched for our plane to come.
Finally, it did!We got to stop in the cockpit and meet our pilots - they were really nice, but didn't let us push any buttons.
We picked out our seats and got buckled in!
I took very good care of the milk!
If you ever need to fly, you want to fly with Denny and me. We know all the safety rules and just what to do in an emergency. Denny even checked under the seat to make sure we really had life vests.
Finally, we were up in the air! Then to the airport in Dallas, where we got on another plane.
We had plenty of entertainment on our flights. We shared the earphones very well and watched some shows.
Mama had packed all kinds of activities to keep us busy.
We were glad to land in Tulsa, but sorry to see the planes go.
We helped out with the luggage - fascinated by the carousel that delivered it and still not sure why we had to give our suitcases to "those guys", but we got everything back.
While Daddy got the rental car, Mama let us run in the grassy area for service dogs! We needed to run after being such good boys on the plane and in the airports.
Our first stop was of course Braums!
We even got ice cream to celebrate arriving in Oklahoma!
