It's a Party at Our House by Denny Lynn

Daddy needed to have a meeting with his college kids, so we decided they should come over to our house for dinner. Mama cooked up some food and dressed me and John up in our cowboy clothes. We had to hang out and wait so we wouldn't mess up the house Mama had been cleaning!

We had homemade lasagna and yummy bread. There was even ice cream cake for dessert. I said the prayer for everyone with Daddy.

John and I both liked having all that company. I hope they come back soon to play!
