Walkin’ by Denny Lynn

Mama tries to take John and me for a walk in the evenings. We like being outside in the fresh air. The best walks are when Daddy gets home early enough to go. Then we get to take the dogs (Mama says it is too hard to wrangle me, John and both dogs by herself – whatever). I get to walk Nolie. Sometimes she drags me, but I don’t let go – when you walk a dog, you have to keep control. Walking is so much fun and John likes it, too!
