Big Boy Shopping by Denny Lynn

Ms. Darcy took us to see the chicks at the feed store (I still wouldn’t hold one) and Mama met us there. From there, she took me to the store. We found some Thomas the Train underwear! I have a slight interest in potty training – based on the day, but nothing definite. I really don’t need big boy pants yet, but since these were so cool, Mama went ahead and got them. Of course, I had to have them out of the package. I hate for them to go to waste, since I don’t need underwear yet, I decide I could use them as a hat – and I did – all through the store. Mama was so proud!
