It is not all fun and games at Grandma and Grandpa's! There is often work to be done! This trip we worked as hard as we played (well, I did). We helped fix the gate...
...and haul a little sand.
We even helped feed and gather supplies.
Our favorite job was building a scarecrow for Grandpa's garden. I used the post-hole diggers to make a place for the pole.
We got it set up good and strong...
...then we dressed him and stuffed him up.
I think he came out pretty cool!
We sort of helped Grandpa spread the dirt...
...and pick up sticks.
Working with Grandma is just as hard, but much more tasty! We made cookies!
We baked them up and then ate them up! I have to admit, the work was as much fun as the play!
