Happy 4th of July by John Lee

I got to spend my 1st Fourth of July in Oklahoma! I got all dressed up in my firecracker outfit and I was ready for excitement. The most excitement came from finding the Wal Mart Bags by the table – don’t worry, Mama informed me that plastic bags are not toys – but it was fun just the same.

The family came to Jeff’s house to have sandwiches with us and do some fireworks. I hung out with everyone while Denny did some fireworks with Daddy and Uncle Jeff.

I didn’t even mind the banging too much. It was great to get to spend time with family and celebrate our country.
